We are writing to ensure durable medical equipment providers are aware that the A4670 - Automatic blood pressure monitor is a covered benefit for MHS Health Wisconsin and Network Health Medicaid SSI and BadgerCare members.

Prior authorization is not required for participating providers to dispense A4670 - Automatic blood pressure monitors.
