Wellcare By Allwell aims to ensure its provider partners have the information they need for medical record documentation that reflects an accurate picture of the patient’s diagnoses, all while remaining compliant with coding and documentation guidelines. The Centene Clinical Documentation Improvement Team achieves this goal through chart reviews and providing education to its partner network.
