Your health is important to us. We are here to answer your questions and give you the help you need so you can get well and stay well.
Our Member Services team can help you with most of your needs. We are open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed weekends and holidays.

Member Services can:
- Answer questions about your benefits.
- Help you find a new health care provider.
- Help you schedule an appointment with your provider..

> Or you can call Wisconsin's Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) at 1-866-907-1493 (TTY: 711).
> Or visit the NEMT website. - Update your contact information (name, address, phone number).

We value the partnership we have with our provider network, which is why our providers are assigned to a dedicated provider relations representative.

Members, providers, and public visitors to the MHS Health website may submit website technical or general questions by using the form below. The mailbox is checked regularly, and responses are sent by MHS Health team members.
